EHS Specialist / Expert (m/w/d)

Job Overview
Support & advice on the development of an integrated management system in the areas of environment, health & safety in accordance with Group & certification requirements.
Key Tasks
Independent implementation of EHS sub-projects for the sustainable implementation of Group specifications (if necessary, assumption of corresponding representative functions)
Support in setting up an integrated management system (environment, safety & health protection)
Carrying out risk analyses in the area of environment & occupational health and safety, as well as deriving suitable measures to minimize risks
Technical support in hazardous substance management (environmental and chemical law, TRGS, GefStV etc.)
Planning, implementation & follow-up of internal EHS audits
Maintenance, preparation and evaluation of EHS data to determine relevant trends
Monitoring legal requirements in the area of environmental protection & occupational safety
What your background should look like:
Successfully completed studies in the EHS environment (environmental management, safety engineer, etc.) or relevant practical experience
Ideally additional training in relevant environmental topics (e.g. hazardous substance management, environmental management, waste management, energy management, etc.)
Methods and competence in the application and implementation of measures and projects
Good knowledge of English
Software skills (Microsoft Office, company-specific software)
Analytical thinking skills
Strong communication skills
Awareness of quality, on-time delivery, productivity and optimization
Cost-conscious and business management thinking
Willingness for continuous further training
Willingness to travel (<10%)
