We make real what matters. This is your role:

  • Design and Development: Lead the design and development of mechanical components and systems for various products. This involves conceptualization, prototyping, and finalization of designs while ensuring adherence to project requirements and specifications.

  • Simulation and Analysis: Utilize simulation software such as ANSYS, SolidWorks Simulation, or similar tools to analyze and optimize designs for performance, durability, and safety. Conduct finite element analysis (FEA) simulations to validate design decisions.

  • Automation Design: Design and implement automated systems and processes to streamline manufacturing operations. Develop concepts for robotic solutions, automated assembly lines, and material handling systems, with a focus on improving efficiency and reducing production costs.

  • CAD Modeling: Proficiently use CAD software such as SolidWorks, Siemens NX (formerly known as Unigraphics), or PTC Creo (formerly known as Pro/ENGINEER) to create detailed 3D models and assemblies. Ensure accuracy and manufacturability of designs through thorough geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).

  • Prototyping and Testing: Coordinate the fabrication of prototypes and oversee testing procedures to evaluate the performance and functionality of mechanical components. Analyze test results and iterate designs as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.

  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, electrical engineers, and manufacturing personnel to align design objectives with overall project goals. Communicate technical concepts and design updates effectively through reports, presentations, and meetings.

  • Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from initial concept to final production release. Develop project timelines, allocate resources, and track progress to ensure timely delivery within budgetary constraints.

  • Continuous Learning and Improvement: Stay updated with the latest advancements in mechanical engineering, simulation techniques, and automation technologies.

  • Participate in professional development activities such as training programs, workshops, and industry conferences.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering

  • Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks, Siemens NX, or PTC Creo.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret simulation results and make data-driven design decisions.

  • Experience in finite element analysis (FEA)and other simulation techniques.

  • Knowledge of automation principles and experience with robotic systems and PLC programming is advantageous.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and mitigate risks.

  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to mechanical design and manufacturing processes.
