Job Overview
The Aerospace, Defense and Marine (ADM) business unit of TE Connectivity has an opportunity for a Financial Analyst position based out of Bangalore, India. This position will report to Sr Manager Operations Relay Group. A key focus of the role is to prepare reports centrally to help drive the performance of the 5 Plants of the Group: Fairview – Mansfield – Hauppauge and the 2 Plants in Bangalore. Reports ideally would be based in Power BI as well as Excel. The analyst will also support the PPV and Manufacturing variance reporting and analysis for these Plants. She/He will be involved in the Costing accuracy, Productivity, efficiency and Inventory topics. The analyst will finally help in Internal Controls, Policy Compliance, standard costing, inventory control, CIP/Asset utilization
Responsibilities:
- Produce Centrally all Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports for all plants on:
EH Material Variance
Efficiency Subcontracting variance
Variables spend.
Produce Individual Plant reports and Global Relay with the above metrics.
Developpe Power BI dashboards for the above indicators
Prepare Consolidation Files for the Plant Group Reporting and Ad hoc analysis.
PPV analyst:
Costings support for US plants with regards to weekly PPV analysis and fix
Follow-up on Purch Info Record. Fairview + Hauppauge + ICC
- Support Controllers for Internal Controls: Help chasing Supply chain for WIP aging report – open PO + Vendor Inventory adjustments. Support CIP analysis and follow-up.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or Business.
Experience in cost accounting, chartered accountant or Junior controller role, preferably in a manufacturing setting
Knowledge of SAP PR2/HANA. Strong Excel, Access, and Power BI
