Position Summary...

What you'll do...

The Senior Manager, Business Analysis & Insights will be responsible for delivering advanced analytics solutions that drive business insights, identify opportunities, and enhance overall decision-making capabilities. You will interact heavily with business stakeholders and present back to the business regularly. Along the way, you'll be guided by our deep-rooted culture with the support and tools you need to do your best work. The role requires a high level of technical proficiency, business acumen, and communication skills.

What you'll do...

• Provide long term support and ongoing bug management of widely distributed in-production tools, leveraging VBA skillset and excel macro coding

• Teach and troubleshoot with business users of the tools

• Write user guides for the tools

• Manage multiple support streams (e-mail, chat, in-person, office hours, etc.)

• Create Proof of Concept Dashboards for various business use-cases with various data sources

You'll sweep us off our feet if you...

• Have basic programming knowledge such as Loops (for, while), and complex conditional statements (ifs)

• Have Excel specific programming knowledge (Data types, variants, code optimization, arrays, debugging excel code, etc.)

• Are familiar with JavaScript and Python

• Are able to debug business math

• Can prioritize conflicting demands from users and leadership effectively

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00

Minimum Qualifications...

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, or related field and 4 years' experience in data analytics, project management, business, or related area OR 6 years' experience in data analytics, project management, business, or related area. 2 years' experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
