What you'll do...

The role of this People Partner will involve serving as a critical partner to business leaders, helping to implement and support the overall people strategies by being a trusted business advisor.

You will sweep us off your feet if you have :

  • S trong understanding of HR practices and ability to drive consistent execution.

  • Global HR experience in a Corporate and highly matrixed environment.

  • Workforce re-deployment experience based on changing needs of the business.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

  • Ability to build effective relationships with senior leaders and their direct reports to evolve the business.

  • Experience partnering closely with Talent Acquisition teams to prioritize headcount and attract top talent.

  • Knowledge and experience in strategy, analytics, product management, marketing, and sales organizations - Sound judgment and experience in coaching, performance management, talent programs, and building diverse and inclusive teams.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
