Nestle Customer Management Specialist in Budapest, Hungary

Position Snapshot

  • Location: Budapest (IX.) and Home office

  • Education: Secondary school with school-leaving exam; College/University degree in business/economics

  • Experience: 1-2 years relevant working experience

  • Language: Fluent English and Hungarian lang. knowledge in written and spoken

Position Summary

​Providing continuous support and management service to Sales, Medical, CDT, Marketing teams, including organizational and technical - analytical support.

A day in the life of a Customer Management Specialist...

  • Support of customer teams: Key Account Managers, Business Executive Officer, Corporate Development Team

  • Support for Medical Field Force

  • Process support (TTs invoices, ..)

  • Reporting & Analytics

  • Mediation of communication across organizations

  • Demand and Supply planning

  • COC team

  • Finance

  • Medical

  • Marketing

  • Communication with external partners:

  • promotional agreements

  • promotional plans

  • invoices

  • credit notes

  • customer bonuses

  • Ability to concentrate/work „under pressure“; stress resistance; ability to set own priorities analytical skills

  • Solid computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point)
