Eaton Corporation Sales Training Specialist in Budapest, Hungary

What you’ll do:

Our sales teams operate in dynamic and ever evolving markets, be this because of energy transitions, digitalization, safety or a continued drive for greater efficiency within our customers, partners and suppliers. As a result we need to continually adapt, enhance and improve our sales processes, skills and competencies. The Sales Development and Enablement team is key to delivering this, and this position is a vital part of the team.

As a Sales Trainer you will be required to create, maintain and update training materials including instructor-led, virtual instructor led, train-the-trainer PowerPoint presentations, as well as other segment focused learning materials. You will be skilled & experienced in turning product propositions into sales training including development of selling tactics, sales messaging & deal strategy.

  • Create (or adapt globally created) training materials for our EMEA sales teams.

  • Delivering training to enable Eaton’s sales teams to effectively sell all our offerings.

  • Create (or adapt globally created) sales skills & competency e-learning to support seller productivity & effectiveness.

  • Contributing to a competency framework & learning path for Eaton sellers.

  • Managing a team of external trainers across EMEA.

  • Managing the delivery of specific sales training programs

Qualifications:

  • Experience in sales training, facilitation, instructional design, and adult learning principals, minimum 5yrs

  • Experience and knowledge of several different Sales Methodologies

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution

  • Highly IT literate

  • Fluent English, other languages highly desired

  • International travel may be required (estimate 25%)
