The Test Technician performs electrical and mechanical testing on aerospace interconnect products, ensuring conformance to standards, collaborating with engineers, and continuously improving test procedures for accuracy and efficiency.

responsibilities:

• Visually inspect components and assemblies for product standards conformance.

• Review and understand electrical and mechanical test procedures.

• Operate and maintain test equipment.

• Collect and analyze test data.

• Execute test programs on schedule through collaboration with engineers and third-party test labs.

• Incorporate changes to improve accuracy, efficiency, and safety of test procedures.

Required Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED from an accredited institution.

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a test lab environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of industry test standards (e.g., EIA, MIL-STD).

• Experience with general electrical test equipment (e.g., power supplies, multimeters).

• Experience with soldering and wiring.

• Experience in an Aerospace testing and quality environment.
