U.S. Marine Corps FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST in Camp Foster, Japan

Summary You will serve as a FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the MARINE CORPS INSTALLATIONS PACIFIC- MARINE CORPS BASE BUTLER ofMARINE CORPS BASE CAMP BUTLER . Responsibilities You will assist in the performance of functions such as: formulation of budget and estimates to support plans, programs, and activities; review and evaluate budget requests, control and reporting of obligations and expenditures. You will develop, determine and interpret budgetary policies and practices. You will provide information about, and interprets standard organizational budgetary, accounting, or financial administrative procedures, practices, and regulations. You will work in connection with accounting systems; analytical, forecasting, and interpretive functions associated with the management and control of resources or funds; tracking and control of funds for special programs. You will perform analytical or program work pertaining to payroll, cash control, or benefit systems. You will perform studies or assists others with full scale studies. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications GS-09: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: compiling, analyzing and summarizing financial and/or budget information related to the assigned areas of a financial program for the command. GS-07: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: assisting with analyzing and evaluating financial and/or budget information related to assigned areas of a financial program for the command. Commute area is defined as the geographic area surrounding the duty location in which people can reasonably be expected to travel back and forth daily.
