Responsibilities Provide direct input and assistance into the development and execution of the DoD EC and AECW collective and individual training programs for pre- and post- deployment. Advise on all aspects of policy, planning, review, and research related to all aspects of pre- and post- deployment training. Serve as the AECW Organizational Inspection Program planner and manager, responsible for planning, managing and coordinating the conduct of the AECW Organizational Inspection Program. Represent the directorate in actions involving training and training-related activities with subordinate commands, higher headquarters and DoD Force Providers. Specialized experience: One year of specialized experience which includes assisting with optimizing training requirements in developing, planning, and implementing training processes; aiding in the development and execution of group and individual trainings for adult learners; providing input on assigned training projects.
