OVERVIEW:

This para-professional position involves technical work pertaining to ad valorem property valuation, title conveyance, public assistance, data maintenance and other assessment purposes. All work is to be performed competently and in a manner that is independent, impartial, and objective. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required. Two years of progressively responsible experience in a business or public contact environment. The ability to meet continuing education requirements set by the Douglas County Assessor's Office. A combination of education and experience may be considered.
