The International Digital Analyst will be responsible for end-to-end data analysis for our international sites, as well as overseeing the relationship between Bath and Body Works International and our franchise partners. This role will require an analytical, creative, and innovative approach to growing our international business. The ideal candidate will bring a growth mindset and a passion for driving results that achieve strong traffic, engagement, and sales.

Responsibilities

  • Lead comprehensive end-to-end process, from data collection to presentation of key findings and actionable insights for site and marketing channels

  • Partner closely with key stakeholders (partner managers, organic social team, stores marketing, and planning) to ensure alignment and understanding of business goals

  • Maintain understanding of weekly, monthly, and seasonal business results to read and react and provide best optimizations

  • Optimize audience segmentation and targets leveraging first-party data to ensure international partners are targeting the right audiences with the right messages

  • Perform seasonal keyword analysis for search channels to improve impressions, CTR, and sales

  • Pull and analyze site performance of international partners and share results to improve CVR and sales

  • Work with cross-functional teams to implement action items identified through data analysis

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of digital/eCommerce, analytics, or other related experience (Retail experience a plus)

  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, performance driven culture with shifting priorities, demands and timelines

  • Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills with an ability to distill complex ideas into easily digestible stories

  • Ability to build strong relationships and establish clear lines of communication with internal and external partners

  • Highly proficient with Google Analytics, Excel, and PowerPoint (Background in marketing analytics tools a strong plus.)

  • Exhibits intellectual curiosity & innovative thinking, proactively digging beneath the covers to identify relevant, data-based facts

  • Strong project management and organizational skills

  • Proficient in MS Office core suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
