We are seeking a skilled Flexographic Machine Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating flexographic printing presses and a strong understanding of printing processes. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the production of high-quality printed materials while working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and maintain flexographic printing presses to produce high-quality printed materials.

• Perform routine maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.

• Monitor printing processes and make adjustments as needed to maintain product quality and consistency.

• Troubleshoot equipment issues and implement solutions to minimize production delays.

• Follow safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Responsibilities

Read and follow procedures on customer work order daily.

Set up press to include the foloowing: loading ink, paper, tooling, and plates

Fill out production paperwork and file approved pre-production samples with jacket daily

The essential functions of this role include:

• working up to 10 hrs of overtime per week
