Leadership for administrative and clinical operations for Entity/Geographic Float Pools. Accountable for professional clinical practice, including staff acquisition, on-boarding, orientation, supervision, and performance evaluation for a variety of clinical positions. Responsible for daily Entity/Geographic Pool operations and support. Responsible to execute system operational tactics that support the overall cost and quality strategies related to clinical resources, staffing, and growth. Ensures clinical excellence in all

practice settings.

Qualifications:

In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:

  • 5 years of experience in acute care setting.

  • 2 years of healthcare leadership experience; Manager level preferred.

  • Previous experience managing float/flex team and/or high volume of direct reports across different specialties preferred.

  • High School GED required

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required

  • Masters Degree preferred

  • Current RN license required; Current RN license in applicable state of work or current RN license from a participating state in National Licensure Compact for eligible states

  • BLS through the American Heart Association

Physical Requirements - Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly)

SCHEDULE: 24/7 responsibility with M-F flexible office hours based on business/position needs. Flexibility with work hours is needed.
