Adamas Building Services is looking for an exceptional Courtesy Patrol with experience working in luxury residential communities. Our company is a leading expert in the Residential Services market with properties throughout Florida. We have openings at our Estero, Florida location.

Pay Rate: $17.50/hour

Available Schedules:

Morning

• Sunday-Thursday 7am-3pm

• Tuesday-Saturday 7am-3pm

• Friday-Monday 7am-3pm, Tuesday 3pm-11pm

Evening

• Sunday-Thursday 3pm-11pm

• Wednesday-Saturday 3pm-11pm

• Friday-Monday 3pm-11pm

Overnight

• Friday-Sunday 11pm-7am

• Tuesday-Saturday 11pm-7am

• Sunday-Thursday 11pm-7am

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

• Ensuring that guests sign in upon arrival and exit.

• Making guests aware of rules that must be adhered to

• Contacting the relevant authorities if a crime is committed or an accident occurs.

• Reporting to supervisors on a regular basis.

• Recording any suspicious activities to the supervisor.

• Patrolling private residential properties and areas, safeguarding against illegal activity, including theft, loitering, trespassing and vandalism

• Fire Watch; 24/7 Front Gate Supervision, assisting Fire Department with Site access

• Making sure Gate is properly functioning

Requirements

• Must have security experience.

• Must be capable of handling variety of serious responsibilities.

• Must pass comprehensive background checks conducted by their employer.

• Must have clean criminal/police record and drivers license.

• Must have positive, friendly attitude that is capable of interacting well with the residents and guests.

• Must devote their time and focus in securing the vicinity of the venue by inspecting people who wants to enter the venues premises.

• Must have the ability to respond to any emergency situations.

• Must be able to answer some basic questions about the vicinity or neighborhood and also wear a complete uniform.
