We are inviting applications for a Software Developer role in our Payroll Services team based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The selected individual will be responsible for developing secure financial applications and web-based solutions, participating in all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and working closely with both local and offshore development teams on technology and product-related discussions to improve the quality of our solutions. Responsibilities:

• Develop secure financial applications and web-based solutions from design to implementation and production support.

• Participate in requirements gathering and analysis, and assist in migrating old technologies to newer ones.

• Collaborate with local and offshore development teams on implementing and designing technical solutions.

• Handle unexpected development requests and resolve issues as they arise.

• Publish applications to QA, DR, and production environments and monitor the performance of existing web applications.

• Stay updated with new technologies and methodologies to continuously improve your skill set.

• Show analytical thinking, strong problem-solving skills, out-of-the-box thinking, and a real drive for results.

• Work on integration with secure third-party applications.

• Utilize encryption and decryption techniques to create secure web API and web applications.

• Develop secure financial applications with knowledge of OWASP vulnerabilities.

• Handle Microsoft SQL server databases using ADO.net, Entity Framework, Dapper and writing efficient and complex SQL queries.

• Design front end applications using Angular, jQuery, CSS, Bootstrap, and HTML.

• Full stack development which includes front end and back end using C#.

• Use source controls like GIT and Azure DevOps.

Requirements • Proven experience as a Software Developer in the Payroll Services industry

• Proficiency in backend development

• Familiarity with Apache Struts

• Expertise in programming languages such as C++ and C# - Sharp

• Hands-on experience with database management

• Knowledge of EO/IR systems

• Familiarity with AB Testing techniques

• Proficiency in Ajax for creating asynchronous web applications

• Experience in API Development

• Knowledge and experience in ASP.NET

• Proficiency in CSS for web design

• Familiarity with Angular for web application development
