Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Accounts Receivable Specialist who is fluent in both Spanish and English to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, a solid understanding of general accounting principles, and a desire to excel in a shared services environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts receivable processes including invoicing, collections, and payment application.

• Communicate with customers in both English and Spanish to resolve billing inquiries and discrepancies.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of receivables.

• Conduct account reconciliations and investigate variances.

• Assist with month-end close activities and reporting.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

  Requirements

• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation

• Demonstrable experience with Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Knowledge in Billing procedures and Cash Applications

• Experience with Commercial Collections

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel for financial tasks

• Familiarity with SAP software

• Ability to maintain accurate records and produce reports

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Problem-solving attitude and ability to work under pressure

Must be bi-lingual English/Spanish
