Robert Half HR Director in Greenwood, South Carolina

Description We are searching for a committed HR Director to join our team in the healthcare industry, specifically within hospitals and social assistance, located in Greenwood, South Carolina. The primary function of this role is to oversee the implementation and coordination of human resources policies, programs, and practices, ensuring adherence to organizational policies and procedures, as well as all State and Federal requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Direct and coordinate the administration of human resources policies, programs, and practices

• Ensure compliance with all pertinent organizational policies and procedures

• Adhere to all State and Federal requirements in relation to human resources

• Employ ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, Ceridian, and Kronos Timekeeping System skills to enhance productivity

• Utilize Benefit Functions, Compensation Administration, Compliance, C-Suite, and Employee Relations skills to improve overall HR operations

• Develop and maintain strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Oversee all areas of human resources, ensuring a comprehensive and efficient system

• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting employee satisfaction Requirements

• Minimum of 7+ years of progressive HR experience

• Knowledge of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode.

• Experience with Ceridian and Kronos Timekeeping System.

• Ability to manage Benefit Functions and Compensation Administration.

• Strong understanding of Compliance in the healthcare industry.

• Experience in dealing with the C-Suite and handling Employee Relations.

• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.

• Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to lead a team and make strategic decisions.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.

• Proven track record of developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred.

• Relevant professional certifications such as SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP are desirable.
