Primary Duties: •Perform a range of manual labor tasks related to construction, such as carrying materials and tools, digging trenches, and using hand and power tools•Help prepare job sites by cleaning, removing debris, and setting up equipment•Operate machinery such as forklifts, scissor lifts, backhoe, skid steer and excavators•Assist in building structures such as walls, roofs, and floors•Assist in concrete foundation forming, rebar installation and concrete pouring•Assist in steel building erecting •Ensure that construction equipment is cleaned and maintained properly•Always follow safety guidelines and regulations•Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time and within budgetQualifications:•High school diploma or GED equivalent desired•Proven experience as a construction laborer•Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks•Work from scaffolding or lift approximately 200 feet above ground•Knowledge of construction tools and equipment•Strong work ethic and attention to detail•Ability to work in a team environmentOther Requirements:•Must be able to lift and carry heavy objects, up to 50 pounds or more•Must be able to stand, stoop, bend, and climb for long periods of time•Must be able to work in various weather conditions Benefits:•Paid Time Off•Paid Holidays•Appreciation Bonuses•Accidental Employee Insurance•Unpaid Leave for Personal/Medical Matters•Bereavement Pay•Boot Allowance•Overtime past 40 hoursSchedule:•8 + hour shift•Day shiftLicense/Certification:•Driver's License (Preferred)Shift availability:•Day Shift (Required)Ability to Commute to Hodgenville, KY (Required)•Work will be within 2 Hour Radius of Hodgenville, KY Office Location: •Hodgenville, Kentucky
