A known construction company is currently looking for an enthusiastic and meticulous Accounts Payable Specialist to join the team. High attention to detail and solid organizational skills are essential for this role. Responsibilities

• Responsible for performing payment runs weekly for multiple entities.

• Receiving, coding, and processing invoices.

• Ensuring that proper documentation is stored for all accounts payable transactions.

• Ad-hoc projects in conjunction with the accounting and finance department as needed.

Skills

• Disbursements/Check Runs (2 years of experience is required)

• Accounts Payable (2 years of experience is required)

• Coding/Batching (2 years of experience is required)

• Reconciliation (2 years of experience is required)
