Senior Account Manager, Business Development, Health Solutions

What the day will look like

  • Solicit new business and achieve business growth by developing additional business from current portfolio and new clients

  • Develop a robust sales and prospecting pipeline across the local Market, Regional and Global segments

  • Convert those identified prospects into clients and managing an appropriate handover to the relevant client servicing teams with ownership and full responsibility

  • Develop cross-sell opportunities by demonstrating risk and people expertise and an ability to help solve clients' needs

  • Facilitate cross-selling and up-selling activities in the local Market, Regional and Global segments, including where appropriate the introduction of Retirements, Reinsurance and Commercial Risk Solutions colleagues/services

  • Follow the Aon sales process protocols, including clearly defined sales strategy and activity, accurate pipeline reporting updates in Aon tools and compliance with regulatory, marketing and branding standards

    Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • University graduate with minimum 6 years’ working experience in Employee Benefits in broker firm(s) or insurance company(ies) preferred

  • Holder of FLMI, MPF Intermediary, CFP or IIQAS are preferred

  • Knowledge of general insurance preferred

  • Self-motivated, a ble to work independently and organised character

  • Excellent consultative skill and communication skills

  • Customer-oriented, strategic mindset with strong case management skills

  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Mandarin will be advantage

  • Good command of computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint
