Description

Prestigious, non-profit located in the King of Prusia, Pennsylvania area is looking to hire an Accounting Manager with previous experience maintain loan, investment and vendor records. This candidate will be responsible for preparing journal entries, managing the month end close process, performing general ledger analysis, completing account reconciliations, assist external auditors with the annual auditing process, prepare financial reports/statements, and develop and implement process improvements needed that will increase the internal revenue. We are looking for an Accounting Manager with a solid financial analysis skillset, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong understanding of GAAP standards, and the capacity to multitask while meeting crucial deadlines.

What you get to work on daily

· Maintain general ledger accounts

· Accounts Payable/Receivable

· Account Reconciliation

· Manage month-end/year-end audits

· Review monthly accruals

· Account Analysis

· Spreadsheet Maintenance

· Prepare financial statements/reports

Requirements

The ideal Accounting Manager MUST have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.

Other requirements for the Accounting Manager role include and are not limited to:

· 3+ years of Accounting experience

· Non-Profit or Services industries a plus

· MS Dynamics a big plus

· Strong GAAP knowledge
