We are currently seeking a part-time Administrative Professional. The position requires a physical presence in the office Monday through Friday (5 hours per day) between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, the exact hours can be negotiated with the selected candidate. An applicant's ability to be flexible with their schedule to adjust work hours to accommodate last-minute requests is desirable. The selected candidate that demonstrates exceptional performance and initiative will have the opportunity for career growth and be able to expand their job responsibilities and hours if desired.

Your Role:

The successful candidate: Is an organized, hard-working self-starter who takes initiative and has a positive, "no task is too small" attitude. Is flexible and adaptable to multitask, able to take direction, adjust to changing priorities, and follow up on pending items. Has an eye for detail, and can work independently with minimal oversight. Enjoys problem-solving, thinking outside the box, and is curious to learn and expand their skillset. Has a friendly and approachable disposition with excellent customer service skills. Has a strong work ethic and a commitment to safety.

Typical tasks will include but won't be limited to: General office care and organization. Order supplies, meals, and run errands. Prepare mailings. Fleet vehicle management, including conducting a monthly safety assessment. Miscellaneous computer support. Word processing, technical editing, formatting letters and reports. Taking meeting minutes, as assigned. Actively suggest opportunities for efficiencies/improvements through manager. Other duties not specifically stated above, which from time to time are necessary for the effective performance of the office and the business.

Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of applicable experience or an Associate's degree is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Adobe, and the ability to adapt to changes in computer technology. Word processing and technical editing skills. Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, including phone and e-mail etiquette. Practical skills for knowing how (or being willing to figure out how) to complete simple office maintenance projects such as changing the water filter or working with IT to set up a computer workstation. A Pre-employment drug screening in compliance with state regulations is required. Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record without restrictions.

Target salary range: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
