As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as an Inventory Assistant/Customer Service Representative.

Position Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Inventory Assistant/Customer Service Representative. This role will primarily involve supporting the inventory management process and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Inventory Management:

  2. Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records through regular audits and cycle counts.

  3. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing and production teams to ensure adequate stock levels.

  4. Receive incoming shipments, verify contents, and update inventory systems accordingly.

  5. Prepare and process orders for shipment, including picking, packing, and labeling products.

  6. Customer Service:

  7. Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate information.

  8. Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.

  9. Process customer orders, track shipments, and provide updates on delivery status.

  10. Collaborate with sales and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

  11. Documentation and Reporting:

  12. Maintain organized records of inventory transactions, including receipts, transfers, and adjustments.

  13. Generate reports on inventory levels, order status, and customer inquiries as needed.

  14. Assist in analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement in inventory management and customer service processes.

  15. Team Collaboration:

  16. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, logistics, and sales, to support company objectives.

  17. Communicate effectively with colleagues to coordinate activities and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Previous experience in inventory management, customer service, or a related field is preferred.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.

Pay Details: $45,000.00 to $50,000.00 per year
