Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Enterprise Data Products to join our team. In this role, you will lead the development and execution of data-driven products and analytics solutions to drive business growth and enhance digital experiences. Reporting to the SVP of Data and Analytics, this leader will partner with technical and business leaders across the organization to design, prioritize and deliver the most impactful data and analytics capabilities to power our transformation and unlock growth. Top candidates will have strong technical acumen, excellent leadership skills, a focus on agility, continuous improvement, and a passion for leveraging data to drive business decisions. In this critical role, the ideal candidate will be able to:

  • Design and deliver enterprise grade data products and analytics services to drive business growth and enhance customer experience.

  • Lead and manage a team of data product developers to ensure successful execution of strategies.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including digital products, analytics, marketing, sales, and technology, to understand business needs and align data products and analytics efforts.

  • Partner with analytics teams utilizing data analysis and modeling techniques to identify key insights and make data-driven recommendations for business decisions.

  • Manage the development and maintenance of data products, including data governance, data quality, and data security.

  • Monitor and track performance metrics for data products and analytics initiatives, providing regular updates and recommendations for improvement.

  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team, encouraging new ideas and approaches to data-driven solutions.

  • Represent the company as a subject matter expert on data products and analytics at industry events and conferences.

  • Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistency and alignment of data products and analytics strategies.

  • Train and mentor team members to develop their skills and expertise in data product management and analytics.

  • Communicate effectively with senior leadership to provide updates on data product and analytics initiatives, progress, and challenges.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant data protection laws and regulations.

  • Continuously evaluate and improve data product and analytics processes and procedures to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • 10+ years of relevant, hands-on data product engineering, platform, data science, analytics, consulting and/or strategy experience

  • 5+ years leading technical teams developing enterprise data and analytics solutions serving a wide variety of stakeholders

  • Ability to breakdown multiple complex asks and deliver solutions with agility

  • Experience designing and deploying data products as part of a modern analytics cloud platform

  • Experience operating successfully in an environment of transformation with competing priorities and complex matrixed organizations

  • Superb interpersonal skills
