Provide HR support for the Minnesota region with primary focus on the Minneapolis Aerospace Technologies location while partnering with cross-functional teams and leaders to broker HR services. You will actively engage in staffing, organizational development and talent management. You will directly support a 24/7 union facility and utilize your HR functional expertise to align critical human resources principles with business objectives. The Minneapolis Stinson location will be experiencing a lot of growth projected for the remainder of 2024 and into 2025. Come join an exciting, high pasted team where you will have the opportunity to own projects, experience a union environment and have multiple site exposure. We have a growing HR Community here including the Regional Great Lakes HR Leader, Functional HR and 5 Minnesota locations to learn more about.

Key Responsibilities

· Drive organizational effectiveness

· Lead change

· Lead employee investigations

· Participate in Union relations meetings and grievance support

· Build relationships and broker services

· Act as a coach and confidant

· Administrative support

· Lead training and development

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS
