The Loyalty & Customer Engagement team is the team of customer-obsessed, strategic business leaders who serve guests, franchisees, and Choice Hotels to build loyalty, drive revenue and enable growth. As a key member of our Loyalty & Customer Engagement team , you will elevate the Loyalty experience on-property for guests and owners alike through improved incentives, education and technology.

Your Responsibilities

  • Co-o wn key initiatives related to Choice’s core loyalty on-property strategy. This might include co-leading enrollment campaigns.

  • L ead execution of elements of the team’s test-and-learn program. This could include co-leading the development, execution and analysis of guest experience pilot programs.

  • Partner with Area Director & brand teams to surface and act on insights from analysis & the team’s test-and-learn program. This might include developing the rollout plan from a successful pilot program.

  • Help sell the story of Loyalty on-property to internal and external audiences through presentations and share-outs.

    Your Experienc e, Skills & Competencies

  • Bachelor's d egree in a related field or equivalent experience

  • 2-3 years of operations experience and/or industry-related experience preferred

  • Proficient in project management. Must be agile in transitioning from project to project in a dynamic workplace and be able to effectively multi-task and prioritize .

  • Skilled at translating research into key insights, operational implications, and making recommendations based on findings

  • Strong organizational, time-management, communication, and presentation skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word

  • Proficient in MS Word, project management best practices

    Your Team

    This is an individual contributor role that will report to the Director , Loyalty Property Engagement + Innovation . You will collaborate with cross functional departments on a regular basis.

    Your Work Location

    As our Senior Analyst, Loyalty Property Engagement + Innovation , you will be based in our beautiful, state-of-the-art worldwide corporate headquarters in North Bethesda , M D . Less than 15 miles from Washington, DC, we’re located one block away from the North Bethesda Metro station, with service on the Red Line and the MARC Brunswick line, easy access to I-270, and plenty of free parking provided by Choice Hotels.

    Right now, our associates in corporate headquarters are working in a hybrid environment, up to 4 days per week in the office and virtual ly from your home office the remaining days . We provide flexibility and encourage ongoing communication with your leadership to establish expectations about your unique needs.
