This position will develop and implement programs, provide student support, and advise student organizations. The Student Services Coordinator coordinates the strategic planning, program direction, budget oversight, and student employee or student intern supervision for LGBTQIA2S+ programming to promote social justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion for all students and their allies. Develop both internal and external partnerships in support of program awareness. Develops, evaluates, and implements diversity, equity, and inclusion student success programs and recruitment efforts for the unit to support underrepresented student success.
