JOB REQUIREMENTS: Official Title: Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Student Services Coordinator Business Title: LGBTQ+ Resource Center Student Services Coordinator Employment Class: Non-Instructional Academic Staff FTE: 1.0 Compensation: \$47,000-\$51,000 FLSA Status: Exempt Terms of Employment: Annual, Fixed-Term Renewable Position Summary: The Student Services Coordinator will oversee all operations, services, and resources of the LGBTQ+ Resource Center. This position will develop and implement programs, provide student support, and advise student organizations. The Student Services Coordinator coordinates the strategic planning, program direction, budget oversight, and student employee or student intern supervision for LGBTQIA2S+ programming to promote social justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion for all students and their allies. Develop both internal and external partnerships in support of program awareness. Develops, evaluates, and implements diversity, equity, and inclusion student success programs and recruitment efforts for the unit to support underrepresented student success.
