The position

By joining our team in Renewables you will have the opportunity to:

Work both directly in early phase and/or execution projects, as well as participate maturing standardised deliveries within the product line:

In the projects:

  • Contribute actively to improve safety, security and sustainability (SSU) performance of marine operations across the renewable portfolio.

  • Early-phase / pre-bid projects: Act as team focal point for WTG, foundation and substation installation scopes.

  • Development projects: Participate in project maturation for the marine operations, including planning, reviewing and executing the marine operations scope, participate in the procurement process and follow up contractors/suppliers after contract award.

  • Support or hold the company representative role for contract(s).

  • Potential observer and/or vessel representative role on vessels during execution.

In the product line:

  • Be a proactive interface with the other product lines and other departments within renewables and wider Equinor related to technology development and maturation.

  • Contribute to identification and development of standardized and competitive products (standard deliveries, processes and solutions) associated with WTG, foundation and substation installation, including potential project leader role for such task.

  • Contribute to development of governing documents and work processes, guidelines, and best practice.

  • Capture learnings across the projects in the offshore wind portfolio and across the business areas and ensure experience transfer to new/other projects.

  • Monitor external technology development and contribute to technology assessments/qualification of new technologies and concepts.

You

  • Master’s degree within Marine Technology or other relevant discipline.

  • Competence and experience with marine operations and offshore wind is an advantage but not essential.

  • Commercial understanding and solution-oriented way of working.

  • Ability to work through others and build productive networks.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills with willingness to work in teams and independently.

  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken).

  • Some travel must be expected.
