Description We are seeking an Operations Coordinator with a focus on auditing in the oilfield industry. This role is situated in Pasadena, Texas, and offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team. As an Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for project management, coordination, field operations, and ensuring that all employee training and certifications are up to date.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the operations, project management, and coordination within the oilfield industry

• Ensure field employees adhere to schedules and protocols

• Handle the onboarding process and conduct background checks for new hires

• Ensure all employee training and certifications are updated and maintained

• Schedule and organize training sessions for employees

• Coordinate travel arrangements including booking of flights and hotels for field workers

• Manage inventory to ensure resources are utilized effectively

• Identify and implement cost-saving measures within operations

• Oversee expense reports, timekeeping, and invoicing vendors

• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve credit inquiries in a timely manner. Requirements • Minimum of 7 years experience in an Auditing Clerk role or similar

• Proficiency in auditing principles and techniques

• Exceptional customer service skills

• Experience in project scheduling and coordination

• Knowledge and understanding of field operations

• Ability to coordinate travel arrangements for team members

• Experience in conducting and organizing employee training sessions

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and auditing software

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
