    Your Impact:

  • Creating a strong customer service experience by authentically welcoming, assisting and thanking customers

  • Presorting and evaluating donated goods for both soft and hardline materials

  • Pricing, tagging, and hanging of all apparel

  • Moving with a sense of urgency to hang 7-8 racks of apparel

  • Assisting donors with unloading vehicles and offer receipts to donors.

  • Keeping all workstations and warehouse areas clean, neat, and tidy

  • Processing all items efficiently, neatly, and in compliance with company best practices.

  • Demonstrating a commitment to customer service so every customer leaves satisfied with their shopping experience.

    Your Qualifications:

  • You can multi-task with speed, focus and organization

  • You can learn and adapt to evolving technology needs

  • You can work both independently and with a team

  • You can handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting/moving/pushing/pulling merchandise up to 40 lbs, with or without accommodations.

  • You can work a flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends and holidays) and regular attendance necessary
