Continental (Senior) Real Estate Manager Carve Out & Integration (m/f/d) in Porto, Portugal

›Overseeing and managing the real estate aspects of carve out & integration projects leading into a transaction by ensuring a smooth transition and integration of the real estate portfolio, as part of the CREM portfolio management team.

›Due diligence: Conducting comprehensive due diligence on the target company's real estate portfolio, including leases, owned properties, and related agreements.

›Portfolio analysis: Defining and analyzing provided reports of the targets company's real estate assets, leases, and occupancy costs to identify opportunities for optimization, consolidation, or divestment.

›Integration planning: Developing a detailed integration plan that outlines the steps, timelines, and resource requirements for merging the real estate portfolios of the acquiring target companies or divestment opportunity. This includes establishing priorities, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment with overall M&A carve out & integration team and their strategies.

›Financial analysis and reporting: Conducting financial analysis of real estate-related costs, including lease obligations, capital expenses, and operating expenses, to assess their impact on the overall M&A transaction. Generating reports and providing updates to senior management on the financial implications and progress of the real estate carve-out & integration.

›Academic degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.

›Proven experience in M&A real estate management, corporate real estate, or asset management.

›Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze and interpret complex financial data.

›Excellent understanding of real estate market trends, property valuation methods, and investment analysis.

›Proficiency in real estate software, financial modeling tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.

›Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

›Knowledge of legal and regulatory frameworks related to real estate.

›Ability to work independently, make strategic decisions, and manage multiple properties simultaneously.
