Welcomes guests and coordinates the flow and seating of patrons throughout areas of the building. Answers customers questions concerning the location, history, and our merchandise.

What You\'ll Brew:

Address any compliments or complaints of patrons and relaying the information to management

Maintains appearance suitable to guests expectations and compliant with company policy

Greets guests, identifies seating plan (directing them to the bar or table), sets up advertising displays, and arranges merchandise in retail area to promote sales

Daily tracking of any reservations or private events that might be taking place

Communicates with staff and managers regarding any business situations & requests

Suggestively sell merchandise to customers; wrap or bag merchandise Cleans shelves, host stand area, surrounding tables, and merchandise area/shelves

Maintains the wait list

Level: 10

In accordance with pay transparency lawsthe pay rate for this role if hired is \$15 per hour.
