Master Builders Solutions in Norway is seeking a motivated and engaging Technical Sales Support colleague to join our UGC team (Underground Construction). As a leading provider of UGC solutions, we are committed to delivering outstanding service to our customers. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our sales team and customers in the UGC (Underground Construction) industry.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to customers by assisting with product knowledge and application recommendations

• Collaborate with customers to understand their technical requirements and provide suitable solutions

• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our solutions

• Assist in the preparation of technical proposals and quotations for customers

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide informed recommendations to customers

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers in the UGC segment

• Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of any technical issues

• Actively contribute together with the colleagues in the sales team to achieving revenue targets and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Class 2 concrete education

  • Good knowledge of concrete technology

  • Minimum 3 years’ working experience from concrete industry

  • Awareness and openness for new know-how in technical topics

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and a team player

  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Proficient in using MS Office applications, knowledge of CRM systems is a plus

  • Willingness to travel to customer sites as required

  • Valid drivers license B
