A large Biotech company San Diego is currently looking to hire a Production Chemist. Looking for new grads with any completed B.A in any science. The role is a 6 month contract to start with possible extension or conversion to direct hire! Pay Rate: $28/Hr. M-F 6:30-3pm *Biotech lab experience is a plus! Responsibilities

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Work under cGMP setting to manufacture products per standard operating procedures (SOP's)

Analyzes in-process and final oligos using state of the art analytical techniques

Troubleshoots simple manufacturing process problems

Analyzes process data

Creates documents and assists with assembly of change control packages

Maintains labs under cGMP conditions

Completes ERP and cycle count transactions

Keeps accurate records and documentation

Stocks and maintains lab supplies.

Oligo synthesis and purification
