Description of activities/responsibilities:

Serve as Kohler Co. executive for KEC in connection with execution the annual Account Plan to achieve business goals;

P&L knowledge - overview of lines that impact KEC

"Understand business costs throughout the product life cycle (for progressive input and output)";

Act as owner to increase business with events, maintain the store with all products correctly

Skills/Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor Degree;

MBA preferred;

6 years prior experience in luxury segment;

Previous supervisory experience preferred
