This individual will effectively be responsible for taking the Global Relationship Lead, supporting a key global account in beauty with P&B Personal Care solutions & activities in hair-care & skin-care. This new position will also be responsible to proactively bring the P&B Personal Care skin-care strategy to life as a Business Development Manager in the APAC region. Reporting to the Regional Head APAC Personal Care, the Business Development Manager will also have a dotted-line to the Head of Global Key Accounts Personal Care.

Your key responsibilities

• Establish/ Maintain excellent relationship to client at all levels including the most senior level within the area of responsibility; fully understand the decision-making process and way of doing business; provide client with optimal service; have in-depth brand knowledge

• Single Point of Contact for all Personal Care related enquiries for the extended KGA P&B team

• Manage global tender events & contract negotiations

• Identify target players that fit PC strategy, uncover unmet needs, develop & present the value-proposition in close collaboration with global & regional marketing teams

• Create & manage a project pipeline in collaboration with the corresponding regional teams and build a plan to develop the business sustainably

• Report / manage projects on CRM to share and focus on prioritized project

  You bring

• At least 10 years of experience in technical & value-based ingredient & solution selling in the beauty & personal care ingredients market

• Commercial acumen & negotiation skills

• Strong ability to lead-without-authority

• Strong project-management skills

• Demonstrate strong connector, organizer, coordinator skills
