CNC Machinist 2nd and 3rd Shift **$28 to $30 Per Hour Z426

Our precision machining facility is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist skilled in operating CNC Mills and Lathes. This hands-on role requires strong technical abilities and the drive to embrace new machining technologies.

CNC Machinist Responsibilities: - Set up and operate CNC Mills and Lathes running multiple machines - Program CNCs through manual input or CAM software - Read and interpret blueprints, part drawings, sketches - Calculate speeds, feeds, tool offsets using machining math - Select proper workholding fixtures and cutting tools - Perform routine preventative maintenance on CNC equipment - Inspect parts using precision measuring tools for quality - Handle all bench, deburring, and finishing operations - Work independently and collaborate cross-functionally

Requirements: - 3-5 years of experience as a CNC Machinist running Mills & Lathes - Excellent math skills and firm grasp of machining technology - Strong computer/programming abilities, CAM software experience - Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on feet for extended periods - Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing quality parts - Strong communication skills and team player mentality - Willingness to learn new machining methods and technology
