Step into the spotlight as a Retail Media Manager at Henkel Consumer Brands! As a Retail Media Manager for Henkel Consumer Brands, you will be a key player in our shopper team, driving the planning, development, and execution of digital and traditional retail/shopper advertising campaigns. This role goes beyond the ordinary marketing responsibilities – it offers a thrilling opportunity to lead innovative strategies that connect brand retail and promotion campaigns seamlessly with consumer and shopper purchasing decisions.   • Campaign Strategy and Planning

  • Support the planning, development and execution of comprehensive retail media strategies aligned with business objectives.

  • Work closely with brand, sales & agency teams to translate brand strategy into best-in-class retail media programs that achieve established KPIs.

  • Build selling stories that align brand, retailer & distributor strategies with consumer and shopper at the forefront.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate retail media campaigns into overall marketing plans.

  • Identify opportunities for growth and optimization of campaigns.

  • Execution and Monitoring.

  • Support end-to-end execution of retail media campaigns.

  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies based on data and insights.

  • Ensure alignment with KPIs and goals.

  • Budget Management.

  • Manage and optimize budgets like a financial superhero, ensuring every dollar packs a punch.

  • Keep a hawk-eye on budget tracking by brand, tactic, campaign and customer.

  • Reporting and Analysis.

  • Generate regular reports on campaign performance and key metrics.

YOUR SKILLS

  • 4-year college degree + MBA Preferred.

  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Shopper Marketing, Retail Media, eCommerce and/or Digital Marketing Technologies or Brand Marketing (shopper, assets, content, concepts) at a CPG company.

  • Experience leading cross-functional teams & agency partnerships.

  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.

  • Strong digital acumen and understanding of current digital/retail media landscape and trends.

  • Solid MS Office skills – PowerPoint, Excel, Word.

  • "Curious Collaborator" who seeks solutions and out-of-the box thinking.

The salary for this role is $94,500.00 - $120,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
