JOB REQUIREMENTS: New Product Development Buyer Global Location: United States, Sturtevant, WI # of openings: 1 Permanent: Temporary: Temporary duration : Description Global Sourcing Support Specialist Marine BRP US Inc Assist and support all levels of Global Sourcing personnel supporting indirect and direct purchases as needed to support development activities of the Marine team.. Excellent communication skills (verbal/written) as well as a high level of proficiency with MS Office software, Google suite of tools and ERP systems such as SAP, Infor and Anita are required. This candidate must also be able to provide key reports extracted from different systems, proactively support the team and look for process improvements. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Create reports, Spreadsheets and templates, using Excel, Google Suite tools, PowerBi * File documents in Part Number files and in Request for Quote (RFQ) files; maintain records as required by SOX and company procedures. * Track approval RFQs and Purchase Orders; distribute to Buyers for processing. * Use SAP, Infor and Anita as needed to retrieve information regarding purchases, parts, etc. * Prepare weekly status report to Buyers and Supply Management\'s Leadership team to track KPI\'s * Assist with numerous tasks throughout the day including scheduling meetings, setting up conference calls, making travel arrangements, record keeping, filing, and general administrative support responsibilities. * Assist with preparations for various Supplier meetings and Supplier Information sessions. * Complete special projects as assigned. REQUIREMENT: * Bachelor\'s degree or Minimum of ten (10) years equivalent experience in fields related to Supply Chain Management. * High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills * Knowledge of Word, Excel, Power Point, Access, Windchill, Visio, ERP system like SAP, INFOR * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Able to work independently as well as part of a team and be flexible to provide a wide variety of assistance as needed.
