Job Description:
Lenovo, a leading provider of server solutions, is seeking a motivated and talented recent graduate to join our EMC Compliance team as an Entry-Level EMC Engineer. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring our server products meet industry standards for electromagnetic compatibility, contributing to the design and development of reliable and high-performance servers.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the design and evaluation of server hardware for EMC compliance.
Conduct EMC testing and analysis, including emission and immunity testing.
Support the development and implementation of EMC design guidelines and best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot EMC issues and recommend solutions.
Participate in the review of design documents and schematics to identify potential EMC concerns.
Assist in the preparation of technical documentation and test reports for regulatory submissions.
Stay informed on the latest EMC standards, regulations, and industry trends.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
Basic understanding of EMC principles, standards, and testing methodologies.
Basic understanding of server hardware components and their functions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow instructions from senior engineers.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
