We are looking for a curious and data savvy individual with strong business acumen, advanced analytical mindset, and great interpersonal skills. A successful candidate will manage the end-to-end value delivery process leveraging the 4P MMM models while working closely with the markets to identify and drive value realization.

Responsibilities:

Are you prepared to collaborate with internal stakeholders and channel partners to drive data acquisition and model development to support 4P MMM Analytics? Partner with leaders across disciplines such as Marketing and Category to drive significant benefits to HP.

  • Identifies data sources / information that can contribute additional insights to the current models

  • Cooperates with the Data Science team on model development and updates and scrutinizes the media mix models from a business acumen point of view

  • Manages the relationships with our stakeholders and ensures a thorough understanding of their asks & needs

  • Selects key information and conclusions to develop a comprehensive set of recommendations for optimizing business and financial performance.

  • Consults with business leaders on a wide range of issues to provide optimal investment strategies. Evaluates campaigns and new advertising strategy for return on investment and brand impact.

  • Independently drafts and presents client deliverables, recommendations and communication strategies.

Education and Experience Required:

  • Around 5 years of work experience (Preferably experience in other Advanced Analytics organizations, management consulting or corporate strategy functions).

  • A university degree (e.g. Bachelor's degree) or demonstrable equivalent.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong background in media mix. Understands key behavioral dynamics of marketing science and digital analytics.

  • Excellent analytical thinking, analysis, and problem-solving skills. Ability to define and communicate clear data driven business strategy.

  • Ability to triangulate multiple data sources to validate business strategy and provide post campaign evaluation.

  • Extensive knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Access, statistical analysis, and financial modelling.

  • Developed business acumen and technical knowledge.

  • Very strong verbal and written communication skills (including recommendations, presentation, influence, and assist with execution within the team and cross-functionally).

  • Excellent project management skills, including project structuring.

  • Strong relationship management skills, including partnering and consulting.

  • Ability to learn and draw on new analytical techniques to develop creative approaches to project objectives.
