Position Summary

As a Global Design and Asset Coordinator , you will be responsible for managing Food Communication and Packaging assets, as well as providing design support to the SBU Team.

A Day in the Life of a Global Design and Asset Coordinator

  • Drive the transition of the FOOD Content Hub to 2.0 and ensure day to day management of the Hub for continuous update of our global assets

  • Manage the Brand Portals (content and design wise) and work closely with Brand Owners to ensure that Brand Fundamentals are fully updated and readily available to our marketing community

  • Support the Brand Design Lead in providing capability building to the marketing team

  • Provide design support to the Communication/Strategic Business Unit (SBU) Team. This may include designing internal communications, creating presentations, developing promotional items, and assisting with event-related design needs

What will make you successful

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Design, working with major Nestlé/FMCG brands, and demonstrating successful delivery on KPIs

  • Strong knowledge in Design (especially Graphic Design), Digital Marketing, and brand marketing

  • Successful management and leadership experience in launching and rolling out projects

  • Familiarity with Content Hubs and Content Studio Operations is a plus

  • Basic knowledge in Content Production, intermediate knowledge would be a plus

  • Excellent communication skills, as well as the ability to influence without authority

  • Result-oriented mindset
