Job Title: Co-ManagerReports To: General ManagerJob Summary:The Co-Manager assists in overseeing daily operations of the restaurant. Leads and effectively communicates business needs with appropriate team-members. Ensures guest service, overall food quality, and cleanliness meet and exceed guest expectations. The Co-Manager will be developed to facilitate GM responsibilities, which may include training and development on; administrative duties, completion of Daily Tracker, Weekly Inventory counts.Core Requirements:•Assist managing day to day operations of the restaurant including; daily guest service, banquet and catering events, managing vendors and facilitating orders for business needs•Assist planning marketing initiatives and facilitate promotional activities within budgeted parameters •Ensure that all food and products are consistently prepared and served per restaurant standards•Ensure proper cash handling guidelines are adhered at all times•Effectively forecast sales and prepare FOH team-member schedule within budgeted parameters •Be developed facilitate Daily Tracking tool and submits required information in a timely manner•Assist performance evaluation of team-members within time-frame outlined employee handbook•Responsible for knowledge of company policies developing and training team-members within company guidelines•Ensure highest standard cleanliness and sanitation standards are met•Notify business manager and work with approved vendor list to resolve any necessary equipment or maintenance needs•Fully understand and comply with all federal, state, county, and municipal regulations that pertain to health, safety and labor requirements of the restaurant, employees and guestsPhysical Demands/Desired SkillsFrequent bending lifting items up to 50 pounds. Must be able continuously stand on feet for consecutive hours during work shift. Excellent interpersonal skills, great communicator. Basic data entry skills and knowledge of Microsoft Excel software.
