Role and Responsibilities

The PSTC Scheduler/Coordinator role is responsible for ensuring the delivery management and coordinator of scheduling and training administration requirements for PSTC.

The scheduler reports to the Senior Instructor – Training Delivery. Also having the responsibility for development and maintenance of the future training schedule and implementing potential efficiencies in that program.

This role will be based at Randwick Barracks, Randwick, NSW

The role we are offering you

  • Responsible for training delivery scheduling & administration

  • Assist with monitoring and implementation of ITAR requirements

  • Collate and prepare training services and operations reports as required

  • Publish, monitor and maintain the ongoing training schedules and advise stakeholders of any changes

Our ideal candidate has:

  • Programming and scheduling experience

  • Experience working in a training environment such as an RTO or similar Training Centre

  • Ideally hold a Cert III in Business Administration/frontline manager

  • Desirable to hold a Cert IV in Training and Assessment

Security requirements

As the Australian Department of Defence is a major client, you must be eligible for SECRET (NV1) level Defence security clearance, and preferably already hold a current SECRET (NV1) clearance.
