The Identity and Access Management (IAM) organization provides a secure, integrated, efficient, enterprise wide IAM Services to enable efficient and effective protection of P&G information assets and ensure IT access is aligned with business need.

The IAM Directory Services Analyst is responsible for the day-to-day operational activities of Directory Services. This role is also responsible for driving ITIL-based problem and incident management processes for directories either in an escalation capacity or through activities of Tier 2 Operations Analysts to whom problems or incidents are assigned for troubleshooting and solving.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Microsoft directory solutions (Active directory, Entra ID, Entra connect)

  • Handle and support configuration of Entra ID enterprise applications, app registrations, graph API permissions, conditional access, Windows Hello for Business

  • Monitoring, backup and auditing directory services in daily operations, automation and improvement existing processes

  • Enrolment devices with Azure Autopilot

  • Manage lifecycle and governance for identities

  • Work both independently and collaboratively with other IT teams, vendors, technology leaders, as well as end-users when necessary

Job Qualifications

  • 3 years of relevant IAM work experience with Active Directory, including GPO management, scripting, hardening, Microsoft Entra ID and Intune

  • Experience in extending or integrating on premises Active Directory with Entra ID connected with synchronization objects to cloud, management email attributes in hybrid environments, troubleshooting passwords, user’s statuses and Active Directory replications

  • Real and confirmed by projects and daily operations skills connected with Entra ID: SSO, authentication, identity governance, PIM, application’ registration and Graph API, logging, monitoring and reporting via GUI and scripting languages

  • Experience with ticket solving and routing in Service Now and Jira

  • Verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical details in business language and relate technical concepts to a business impact

  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent judgement, passion for continuous learning
