TEKsystems Customer Care Representative in Westminster, Colorado

Description:

-Will be supporting Back Up Care team (classified as Customer Care Specialist)

-Work with a number of client companies (these are employees of the clients that they partner with)

-Will be taking inbound calls from employees at their client and/or placing outbound calls to internal networks (child care centers or in home option) to help find a solution while they continue to work their normal day (will not be doing both / these two teams do not communicate except for internal notes in CRM)

-If someone works at Microsoft and has a regular child care provider that isn't going to make it on a given day (i.e. facility closed for an event, babysitter on vacation/sick, etc.), they will reach out to Bright Horizons to find a solution for child care

Location: Westminster, Colorado, 80020, United States

What we are looking for:

-High school diploma or equivalent required

-Minimum 1-year customer service, help-desk, and/or call center

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to document content of phone

conversations accurately

-Typing proficiencies of 35 wpm/and above average data entry skills preferred
