Gedurende een zeer gedegen inwerkperiode vergaar je kennis over alle medische en productspecifieke achtergronden die belangrijk zijn voor de thereapie darmspoelen als ook voor de andere producten binnen de divisie urologie en enterologie.

Ook word je opgeleid en getraind in het voeren van verkoopgesprekken volgens de PSS methode (Professional Selling Skills), die gebaseerd zijn op het overdragen van kennis, het ondersteunen van voorschrijvers in hun behoeften en het overtuigen van potentiële nieuwe gebruikers.

Instructieverpleegkundige (BIG) Area Manager – Zuid Oost Nederland

Jouw rol:

In overleg met de sales manager Benelux stel je een rayon-actieplan op om aan de hand hiervan jouw doelgroepen te benaderen. Je bezoekt met name stomaverpleegkundigen, MDL-verpleegkundigen, chirurgen, kinder- en MDL-artsen alsmede patiënten/ eindgebruikers thuis. Je adviseert en instrueert hen over de toegevoegde waarde, de toepassingsmogelijkheden en het gebruik van de producten in je rayon (Navina). Tevens zorg je ervoor dat de uitgevoerde activiteiten tijdig en correct worden gerapporteerd en signaleer en rapporteer je marktontwikkelingen en –activiteiten.

Jouw profiel:

Je beschikt over een HBO werk- en denkniveau en hebt een alerte, verkoopgerichte instelling en het vermogen om op verschillende niveaus te communiceren. Je hebt ervaring als verpleegkundige (BIG geregistreerd), waarbij een relevante achtergrond binnen een commerciële functie een sterke pré is. Belangrijke persoonskenmerken in deze functie zijn drive, initiatief, commercialiteit, doorzettingsvermogen en overtuigingskracht. Je bent daarnaast goed in staat je eigen werk te plannen en te organiseren en je beheerst de Engelse taal. Je woont in de regio van deze functie of bent bereid hierheen te verhuizen.
